Use this link to fill out and submit a CHANGE OF USE APPLICATION.This form must be filled out completely so that we may evaluate if there is a true change of use according to the current NC Building Code. A copy of the building floor plan should be submitted along with your application. The plan should be scalable or every room and corridors should have exact measurements for our office to evaluate occupancy.

Use this link to fill out and submit a MINIMUM HOUSING AND ELECTRICAL PERMIT APPLICATION. This form must be filled out completely in order to process. If electrical power has been disconnected to a residential property for 60 days or more it must have a minimum housing inspection along with an electrical inspection. Electrical power will only be turned on if both the minimum housing inspection and electrical inspection have been approved.
